As a licensed real estate agent in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, Thad has built a reputation for market knowledge, clear communication, and a client-first approach. He stays current on market trends and property values and most importantly, develops strong, lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Thad’s real estate success is powered by more than two decades of leadership experience in operations, client service, and business development. As General Manager of Manheim Auto Auctions, he led the organization through sustained revenue growth, disciplined cost management, and major improvements in customer experience. His ability to motivate teams, streamline processes, and build long-term client loyalty directly strengthens his work in real estate, where trust, clarity, and negotiation skills are essential. Before entering real estate, Thad spent over a decade working for Delta Airlines and Northwest Airlines in the aviation industry collaborating closely with senior leadership and the FAA. Thad has been married for twenty-four years to his wife, Veena. Thad and Veena have two daughters, Taylor and Madeline. Veena has worked in the retail industry for over thirty years. Taylor is a pre-dental student at the University of Arkansas. Madeline is a high school senior and is planning to attend the University of Arkansas after graduation.
